One of the members of the party had complicated dietary restrictions and he was exceptional at accommodating them so that person felt totally included in the meal. He was very good at corresponding with requests by email and made an effort with small touches like preparing personal name cards.  The food was delicious, the service impeccable and they tidied up so perfectly afterwards we didn't even know they had been there.  I would recommend Victor for your catering requests any day! Viktor and Nicole came and cooked for our group of 12 at our Villa in rhethymno last month and the entire meal was absolutely incredible. We had a bbq menu, started with a Greek salad, the most amazing bruschetta, the best “chip/french fry” we have ever tasted, the tzatziki sauce was mind blowing (we need the recipe Viktor) chicken, pork, lamb, ribeyes, followed by the most amazing chocolate cake/pie. This was hands down our BEST meal for our time in Greece. Viktor and Nicole were such nice people and couldn’t have made my wife’s bday celebration any better. They shared their local knowledge and engaged our two young children in the cooking.  We very much enjoyed the food we prepared together and also their company and conversation. Victor cooked the most amazing meal in our villa in Crete for our family, incredible barbecued seafood and meats, everything blew us away, he was incredibly affable, professional and the food was one of the best private dining experiences we have had. Nikoletta was an incredible addition and we would highly recommend them to anyone!
